Real Betis Balompié has appointed Teresa González as its new marketing director. González has started her career in the sports industry in the retail sector. In October 2020, she joined Kappa in the sports marketing area. After almost two years in the position, González moved to the world Football Summit as business development manager, a position she held for seven months. In January 2023, she moved to Real Betis Balompié, taking on the role of marketing and activations, where she has been for three years. Now she moves to the basketball side: “I take on this challenge with great enthusiasm, responsibility, and desire to continue building brand, community, and value around one of the most emblematic sports in our country”. The FEB has a budget of 33 million euros for 2026.
