The project, in collaboration with UFS International School, will involve 160 players aged between 9 and 20. The club, which finished the 2025 season in fifth place in La Liga with 46 points (11W-13D-7L), seeks to expand its global influence. The academy will offer a structured environment for learning football, combining technical and tactical training with values education. ## What does the program include? The academy will take place at UFS International School facilities and will offer six monthly training sessions and two matches. It also includes activities with other local schools to promote grassroots football in the community. Sessions will mainly take place on Fridays and Saturdays to facilitate the participation of young people from different regions of the country. ## Social impact and future growth The project has a social focus, providing access to sport for young people from different schools. It includes logistical support such as transportation and sports equipment. In the medium term, Real Betis Balompié plans to expand the training network to the four administrative regions of Eswatini, bringing its development model to the entire country.
